Professional Overview
Since 2022, I have served as an Administrative Officer at IIUI Schools, Attock Campus. Over this tenure, my responsibilities have extended far beyond routine record-keeping. I actively coordinate the diverse moving parts that keep an educational institution running smoothly — encompassing staff supervision, admissions, teacher and student attendance, vendor management, facilities, parent communications, and executive reporting.
A cornerstone of my operational career was leading the operational launch of the IIUI School Hifz Branch from scratch (March 2026). Converting an empty site into a compliant, functioning school required coordinating security protocols, CCTV installation, physical space planning, staff duty allocations, printing and branding logistics, and initial vendor contracts.
How I Approach Technology in Operations
I do not present myself as an advanced software engineer. Rather, I am an operations professional who understands technology and knows how to put it to work. When faced with administrative bottlenecks — such as misplaced paper attendance registers or fragmented reporting data — I do not simply accept the friction.
Using modern AI-assisted development, workflow tools (such as n8n), and dynamic Excel modeling, I independently conceptualized, built, and deployed practical solutions:
- A School Attendance Management System deployed live on cloud infrastructure with role-based access for Admins and Teachers.
- An Excel-based School Management Reporting System that provides executive leadership with factual visibility into admissions, attrition, board results, and directional projections.
Long-Term Career Trajectory
My immediate focus is contributing as an Operations Coordinator or Operations Administrator, with a clear long-term direction toward Operations Management. I am fully prepared and motivated to bring this balance of hands-on reliability and digital systems mindset to institutions and corporate organizations across the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Gulf countries, Pakistan, and international remote teams.
